Patients have the right to make recommendations, ask questions, or to file grievances with the military treatment facility Patient Advocate. If concerns are not adequately resolved, patients have the right to contact The Joint Commission at 800-994-6610 or by submitting a concern or complaint online.

Patient Advocate

Patient advocates advise and help you with medical and dental benefit concerns within this facility. If you need assistance with enrollments, referrals, or civilian PCM change requests, please call Humana at 1-800-444-5445.  

Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator (BCAC)

BCACs educate and help you with TRICARE-related inquiries.

Debt Collection Assistance Officer (DCAO)

DCAOs help with resolving debt collections due to unpaid TRICARE claims. The debt must be in collections or listed on your credit report.

Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE)

ICE is a web-based tool that collects your feedback on services at this facility.
