Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Pediatrics

We provide services for newborn to 17 years of age, to include newborn screenings, wellness exams, and acute care. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Also, bring with you the following information: medication listing and dosage, any required paperwork to be completed by your provider such as school or physical forms, and any results or paperwork needed by a civilian provider.
