We provide primary care services for TRICARE enrollee patients from birth to age 64. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. Also, bring the following information with you: Medication listing and dosage, any required paperwork to be completed by your provider (school or work forms), and any results or paperwork needed by a civilian provider. We do not offer sick call or emergency services. You must call the appointment line or use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to get an acute appointment with your primary care manager or to leave a message with your team.
