The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Flight and Operational Medicine Clinic (FOMC)

The FOMC provides exceptional medical care to personnel who require maintenance of DD Form 2992. Empanelment may also include Host Aviation Resource Management and Squadron Aviation Resource Management personnel and other flight or operational related personnel whose care and monitoring are determined by the chief of Aerospace Medicine to be best served in the FOMC. We do not offer emergency services.

  • Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
  • Closed for training third Wednesday of each month
  • Walk-ins for Pregnancy testing, sore throat, COVID test, and vitamin B12 injections: Monday-Friday, at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. (based on clinic availability).
  • Sick call and Return to Flying Status: Monday-Friday; arrive no later than 7:30 a.m., in uniform. Sick call is for Active Duty DD Form 2992 holders only.
  • No-Go Pill walk-in hours: Monday-Friday, 10-10:50 a.m.
  • Occupational Health visual acuity testing walk-in hours: Monday-Friday, 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m.
